In this full-time position as Financial Administrative Employe you'll need a real hands-on mentality. You'll be supporting at the financial administration and administrative procedures.
Your role holds the following responsabilities:
Supporting one or multiple markets regarding financial administration and administrative procedures, within the set procedures and guidelines
Responsible for accounts receivable
Responsible for accounts payable
Processing cash and bank bookings
As part of the Shared Service Centre you are always willing te step in and help wherever needed
In this role you must be able to start right away or at least as soon as possible.
MBO-4 education in an administrative direction
A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position, in an international environment
Excellent Dutch and Englisch language, both in word an writing
Experience in French and/or German language is an advantage
Experience with and knowledge of MS-Office applications, including Excel
Experience with ERP-systems is desired, experience with Oracle or Jeeves is an advantage
